Within the framework of outplacement projects we accompany with a comprehensive process.
This consists of an introductory coaching session to bring back awareness of personal skills, strengths and preferences to focus on new, sometimes unexpected opportunities.
Based on this, a well-founded analysis is developed together, which is of course made available to the candidate after completion of the measure.

We create or revise the application documents together and train interview or assessment situations if required.
