About us

As a true Spanish Rhinelander, I live open communication and can get excited about new people every day, because everyone has an individual story to tell.

As one of the last diploma graduates in the field of economics in Germany, I ended up in an international recruitment consultancy, where I was responsible for the placement of specialists and managers with a focus on IT. The topic of IT was still new territory for me at the time, but quickly became a real passion through numerous intensive discussions with clients and candidates. After a few successful years, most recently as a team leader, I moved to the industry as a sales specialist for digitalization solutions at a well-known software manufacturer.

For more than four years, I have been involved with Confia as a Managing Partner and I support my key account customers and candidates in the IT segment with competence and insider knowledge at eye level.

I love to travel, learn about new cultures and languages, work daily on my physical and mental fitness, and enjoy extensive walks with my dog.

Due to the diversity of my interests, I always remain curious and meet each person with respect in order to advise them purposefully with a mixture of professional expertise and empathy.
